IDrive Autos, a customer-centric BHPH car dealership located in Central Kansas, is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Advocate. As a Customer Advocate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns they may have throughout their buying and ownership experience, including collections.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Act as a liaison between customers and the dealership, providing support and assistance in a prompt and empathetic manner.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively and efficiently, including those related to collections for vehicle purchases. Work towards finding satisfactory resolutions to maintain positive customer relationships.
- Collections Management: Collaborate with the collections team to assist customers in managing payments and resolving any financial challenges. Provide guidance and support to customers to ensure a transparent and fair collections process.
- Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with customers, keeping them informed about the status of their concerns, payments, and any necessary actions taken regarding collections.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience with the dealership, especially in relation to collections. Compile and report feedback to the management team to identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Education: Educate customers on dealership policies, procedures, and available services related to collections and financing options.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction after addressing collections-related matters.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, service, finance, and collections, to address customer needs comprehensively and streamline the resolution process.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and collections-related activities. Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools effectively.
- Customer Advocacy: Promote a customer-centric culture within the dealership by advocating for customer needs, especially in the context of collections, and providing insights to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or advocacy role is preferred.
- Familiarity with collections processes related to vehicle purchases.
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
- Empathetic and patient attitude towards customer concerns.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and navigate challenging situations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with automotive dealership operations is a plus.
